WHAT'S INCLUDED?

ELIGIBILITY: 

• You identify as a woman of color

• You are at least 18 years of age 

• You have a demonstrated interest in STEM

• You are a college student, graduate student, or early career professional (within 0-5 years of your professional career)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• The $4,000 Fee does NOT include your flight to Belize. We highly recommend you work with your university or employer to apply for scholarships or professional development funding to help cover the cost.

• Must have a passport that is valid until at least January 9, 2025 before purchasing your flight to Belize

• Must attend all mandatory pre-meetings (will be scheduled after participants are selected)

• Must have international health insurance before departing for trip

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before departing for trip (COVID-19 Booster, Flu vaccine, and malaria medication are also highly encouraged. If you are a student, you must also follow the travel health requirements of your university.)

• Must test negative for COVID-19 using a PCR test within 72 hours of departing for trip
